Home Loan Matters ("we", "us") operates this website as an advertising and consumer-referral service. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or bank. We do not make loans, take applications, or make credit decisions. We connect consumers with licensed mortgage professionals.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and your answers about your property, goals, estimated home value, estimated mortgage balance, state, timeline, preferred call window, and time zone.
• Information collected automatically: Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and technical logs to serve and secure the website.
• Consent records: the exact text of the consent you agreed to, the date and time, and any assigned recipient. We retain these records to demonstrate compliance.

This contact form does not authorize a credit check. A lender may request one if you proceed. We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or income documentation on this site.

How we use and share it

We use your information to match you with licensed mortgage professionals and to deliver your information to them so they can contact you. We share it with a mortgage professional serving your state for follow-up, as described on our Marketing Partners page, with service providers who host our site and deliver our messages, and where required by law.

This version does not send quiz answers, contact information, or credit-related events to advertising platforms. No advertising pixel is loaded by this site.

Your choices

You can revoke consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed on a call, or emailing optout@homeloanmatters.com.

Your privacy rights
